RNI - Change of registration

Are you registered in the RNI (Non-Residents Registration) and would you like to change your address abroad or other data? Or do you live abroad and did you receive an error message when applying for a DigiD because data is incorrect?

If so, please submit your changes through our online form (DigiD) in order to update the RNI.

You can register your new address in two ways:

Online

You can register your new address online with DigiD and without DigiD. In case you don’t have DigiD, we ask you for a copy of your passport.

Important: You can register your new address for yourself, husband or wife and children. You must fill in their personal data. You also need to upload a copy of their proof of identity during the online process. Every family member (16 years and older) in your household must sign this form too.
